Our video intercom sales and installation services are available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 may not schedule installations or register for our services.
3. Permitted Use
You are not permitted to use our website for any purpose other than exploring and purchasing video intercom systems. Commercial use of our site is forbidden unless explicitly authorized by RingView. Unapproved framing or linking to our platform is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments and Returns
All purchases and installation bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products or services at any time for any reason. Prices for all intercoms and installations are subject to change. Refunds are processed in accordance with our return policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Legal Disclaimers
The RingView platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the site and our video intercom services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the site and your use thereof.

8. Installation conditions, property access, and device compatibility
Installing video intercoms requires suitable property access and compatible wiring. While our technicians are highly skilled, exact installation times and specific mounting angles can vary depending on your building's architecture, existing electrical setups, and structural materials. We describe our systems honestly on the product page and include specifications that reflect typical residential and commercial environments.
If a device fails outright due to a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, tell us quickly with a photo—we will replace or refund according to our published policy. We cannot promise compatibility with every legacy wiring system, but we can promise professional advice and straight answers from the RingView team.
9. Equipment delivery, installation appointments, and risk transfer
We schedule deliveries and installations to fit standard timeframes, but extreme weather, traffic, or complex prior jobs can occasionally cause delays. Title and risk for hardware pass to you upon delivery or completion of installation. If tracking shows a device delivered and you disagree, contact us immediately so we can trace the shipment with our courier partners.
Uninstalled equipment should be stored in a dry, secure environment; ignoring basic electronic storage guidance voids the warranties we provide. Self-installation or international forwarding of our intercoms is at your own risk—customs delays and non-standard electrical compliances are outside what we design our systems for.
10. Reviews, security footage, and content you share
We value feedback on your new security setup. If you submit pictures of the installed intercoms for testimonials, you grant RingView a non-exclusive licence to display them with credit or anonymity as you prefer, solely to showcase our installation quality and explain how our systems work on real properties.
You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, or misleading claims about security outcomes or share footage of individuals without consent. Applicable privacy and surveillance rules apply: our materials focus on property protection and communication, and we ask you to maintain privacy standards in any comments we might republish.
11. Brand assets, photography, and copying our
RingView, our logos, software interfaces, wiring diagrams, and website photography are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our services freely; you may not scrape product text, clone our technical for resale, or imply an endorsement from us when selling competing security devices.
Property managers and security consultants may request written permission to excerpt short passages for non-commercial education; wholesale and contractor partners receive separate branding rules in their trade agreement.
