If a device fails outright due to a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, tell us quickly with a photo—we will replace or refund according to our published policy. 9. Equipment delivery, installation appointments, and risk transfer

We schedule deliveries and installations to fit standard timeframes, but extreme weather, traffic, or complex prior jobs can occasionally cause delays. Title and risk for hardware pass to you upon delivery or completion of installation. If tracking shows a device delivered and you disagree, contact us immediately so we can trace the shipment with our courier partners.

11. Brand assets, photography, and copying our

RingView, our logos, software interfaces, wiring diagrams, and website photography are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our services freely; you may not scrape product text, clone our technical for resale, or imply an endorsement from us when selling competing security devices.

Property managers and security consultants may request written permission to excerpt short passages for non-commercial education; wholesale and contractor partners receive separate branding rules in their trade agreement.
